- I must also say that we have lost two members to long term illness and we are hear to help each other, sadly their illness took their lives early. On the same note we have also help 3 members find employment and two members have been referred and are now on the mend which is fantastic news to us.

Who we are...? A bunch of like minded people, Military Veterans, who are willing to support fellow Veterans by meeting once a week at our headquarters in Llanddulas, North Wales. (LLANDDULAS Youth and community centre). We meet to discuss potential community projects and also talk about our experiences of service life, we discover that we are not alone in our mind set and outlook on life. We have all been in something special and if you have taken the "shilling" and completed basic training your an ex service person so come along. This concept has been tried by the worlds "men's sheds" The men's shed originated in Australia and now has sheds all over the world and the U.K. It is going from strength to strength and is hoped that veterans shed will do likewise. We endeavour to help in all communities for free, any donations will be receipted and will go to buy equipment to help in our projects. All ex armed forces members are welcome. |
